How Long Will It Take to Dispatch My Order?

We aim to process and dispatch all Betalife Advance orders within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are typically dispatched the next business day.
Our fulfillment team works diligently to ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is FREE for all Betalife Advance orders across Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei.
For customers who prefer faster delivery, Express Shipping is available at a flat rate of:

  • RM10 (Malaysia)

  • SGD5 (Singapore)

  • BND5 (Brunei)
    (Standard processing time still applies.)

Delivery Times and Expectations

Malaysia (Peninsular & East Malaysia)

  • Peninsular: 2–5 business days

  • Sabah & Sarawak: 3–7 business days

Singapore

  • Standard delivery: 3–6 business days
    Most Singapore customers receive their orders within 3–4 days.

Brunei

  • Standard delivery: 4–7 business days

International Shipping

We also provide FREE worldwide shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 4–8 business days.

Note: The 1–3 day processing time is separate from transit time.
Transit time begins once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update within the courier’s system.

Betalife Advance orders are shipped from multiple locations, including:

  • Totalmen HQ Warehouse (Malaysia)

  • Singapore Fulfillment Center

  • Asia-based Manufacturer Warehouse

During busy seasons or sale periods, some orders may be shipped directly from our manufacturer to ensure fast processing and prevent delays.
Regardless of the warehouse, all orders follow the same 1–3 day processing timeline.

While we work hard to meet all estimated delivery times, please understand that Totalmen cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as external factors may occasionally cause delays, including:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Courier operational issues

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

  • High-volume periods (11.11, 12.12, Raya, etc.)

Delays caused by courier operations are beyond our control.

No Import Fees

Totalmen covers all shipping costs.
There are no import fees or additional charges for international Betalife Advance orders.
Customers are advised to be aware of any country-specific customs regulations where applicable.
